Processed turns raw feed into spec-grade product. We crush, screen, and stockpile by gradation; control moisture; and run lot-by-lot QA with traceable load tickets. Tight dispatch scheduling cuts rework and idle time—delivering consistent quality, faster cycles, and lower unit cost.
Trade
Trade converts inventory into a predictable cash flow. We contract by spec and delivery window, use indexed pricing and Incoterms, and require QC acceptance at the site. Credit screening, e-invoicing, and proof-of-delivery minimize disputes; framework and take-or-pay agreements stabilize volumes and reduce risk.
Distribution
Extraction to delivery runs on a closed-loop system. We drill, blast, and haul Tosca to on-site crushers, then screen, wash, and stockpile by grade. Each batch undergoes lab-verified QA with traceable tickets. Coordinated dispatch and fleet control minimize idle time, ensuring reliable volumes, shorter cycles, and competitive unit costs
Delivery
Delivery closes the loop with verified, on-time drops at the site. Drivers confirm the dump zone, offload per the foreman's instruction, and capture ePOD with geo-tag, timestamp, photos, and signature. Each load includes a weighbridge ticket and lot/gradation ID. Rapid variance escalation keeps crews moving, and acceptance triggers invoicing—yielding predictable handoffs, fewer claims, and faster cash conversion.
