Our Services
The Tosca Magante Project is a large-scale mining initiative developed by Inversiones Marcel Felix, SRL, to extract and process Tosca, a high-demand material essential for civil construction. Strategically located in the northern Dominican Republic, the project aims to generate local employment, support infrastructure growth, and deliver premium aggregate materials to underserved regional markets. Every stage of the project is guided by sustainability, compliance, and the creation of long-term value.

Infrastructure & Access
The project is supported by robust local infrastructure and technical partnerships. Through collaborations with GEOESTESA S.R.L for geotechnical studies and SERAFA S.R.L for environmental compliance, we operate under a valid 5-year environmental license. On-site equipment includes high-capacity loaders, dump trucks, crushers, and quality control labs—all maintained by qualified personnel to ensure consistent, high-volume output.
Location
The Tosca Magante Mine is located at Villa Magante #05, Gaspar Hernández, Espaillat Province, Dominican Republic, 184 km north of Santo Domingo. Inversiones MarcelFelix S.R.L. holds 100% ownership of the property, secured under geo-referential coordinates 372,974.66 and 2,169,373.31. Supported by robust community demand and a valid 5-year environmental license, the project extracts and processes Tosca limestone into aggregates, blocks, and concrete, supplying infrastructure development across Gaspar Hernández, Río San Juan, Veragua, and neighboring regions. With consistent market demand, guaranteed supply chains, and projected upward profitability, the mine stands as both a sustainable investment vehicle and a driver of regional economic growth
